I developed a framework and wrote a book called: Eden’s Flaming Sword.
I think I may have stumbled across something important, something that could help connect the dots in how we understand human emotion, why we suffer, and how we begin to find our way through it. I’m not a scientist, psychologist, or academic. I’m simply someone who has lived, suffered, observed, and paid attention. What I offer here are field notes from my own experience. These ideas have helped me understand the world more clearly, and they have played a real part in my own recovery.
So I wanted to lay them out here, in case they might help some of you too.
I will be releasing Eden’s Flaming Sword chapter by chapter here on Bear Blog and Substack:

I hope it helps. And wherever you are, I wish you peace and happiness.

Cherubim/Ezekiel/Revelations: Lion is Fight is Anger; Eagle is Flight is Bargaining; Ox is Freeze is Depression; Human is Fawn is Denial.
The Bible was saying that to reach the Kingdom of Heaven, is to complete the grief cycle to acceptance. PRIDE, the defended self protecting you from feeling shame or worthlessness, cannot enter. Only the one who has set it down can. That is why the gate is narrow, and that is why a child can walk through it. The child has not yet built the defense. The one who has finished grieving has set it down. This is the narrow gate.
And only a few find it.
